Ebay Saga … continued
Written by Fred McKinnon on 7/19/2005 – 3:26 pm -Hey Ya’ll -
Just a quick update to those of ya who were following it … my Ebay saga continues …
Alas, today I finally received a reply from them … basically, they said (quoted)
Thank you for contacting eBay regarding the suspension of your account.
I reviewed our records and found that your account was suspended under
Section 9 of the eBay User Agreement. The section is entitled “Breach”
and states:“Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately remove your item
listings, warn our community of your actions, issue a warning,
temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership
and refuse to provide our services to you if: (a) you breach this
Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; (b) we are
unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or
(c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal
liability for you, our users or us.”
So … basically, I still have no clue what I may have “unintentionally” done to “breach” their User Agreement.
Nevertheless, I followed the instructions in their email and faxed 11 pages worth of documents verifying my identity, business practices, etc. They said it could take up to 2 business days for the review to be completed and for my account to possibly be reinstated … we’ll see.
Pressin on!

HighestPraise.Com Featured Song
Praise the Lord, O My Soul, Words and Music by Christopher Heidler
© HPP Music/ASCAP (a division of Highest Praise Productions, Inc.)

(this song included on “Christopher Heidler” – purchase CD at www.highestpraise.com)
Hey Ya’ll -
This post is an official “podcast” post … that’s right, if you are podcasting, you’ll automatically have this song “pushed” to your computer for your listening pleasure … listen on your computer, burn to a CD, or transfer to your IPod or other portable listening device … (more info on podcasting)
This has been the featured song at HighestPraise.Com since last Fall … we used to change out the “Featured Song” every month – but times have changed and I’m just too swamped to change it out, not to mention this has been the most popular “Featured Song” ever. Hope you enjoy it …
VS
You’re my Refuge. My strong fortress.
When I’m surrounded, I won’t fear. I hide in You.
When I’m broken, You’re my Healer.
I run to You with open arms and I find peace.
CHORUS
Praise the Lord, O my soul.
Praise the Lord.
You’re my Rock. You’re my Strength.
You’re my God.
All my trust, all my hope, is in You.
Praise the Lord, O my soul.
Praise the Lord.
For the Kingdom,
Fred

Kids do the Darndest’ Things!
Written by Fred McKinnon on 7/9/2005 – 10:15 am -Hey Ya’ll -
This Saturday morning, Will decided to release his “get well soon” balloons into the bedroom ceiling fan. It didn’t take long before the strings on the balloons (and the plastic clothes pin clip with metal hinge) were sucked right into the fan. As the fan could no longer spin, and the motor seemed to be burning up … I discovered it.
Kids do the darndest’ things.

Luckily, I was able to recover some string, metal, and other junk w/o permanent damage to the fan … here is the recovered treasure:

Enjoy!
Blessings,
Fred
