A great movie is coming out in a couple of weeks called “Amazing Grace” … it’s about the life of antislavery pioneer Wiliam Wilberforce …
From the team who brought you The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe comes a new film – Amazing Grace. The story of the famed hymn, its author John Newton (Albert Finney) and the powerful journey of William Wilberforce (Loan Gruffund–A&E’s Horatio Hornblower, Fantastic Four), the man who ended the Slave Trade in Britain–successfully combining his deep call to serve God and social justice.
Chris Tomlin (one of my favorite worship leaders and songwriters) recorded Amazing Grace and added some beautiful lyrics – his video for Amazing Grace is featured today on Yahoo Music:

February 20, 2007 – TODAY ONLY Chris Tomlin’s new music video for “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)” is being premiered exclusively at Yahoo! Music.
