Worship Confessional, August 5 – “Marathon”

Posted on August 8th, 2007 in Worship Confessionals by Fred McKinnon

Hey Everyone -Here it is … the longest Worship Confessional EVER. It’s nearly 19 minutes long, but we cover a lot. And yes, we cut up a lot, too. I was joined by Pastor David and our Tech Director, Travis Paulding on this confessional. It’s worth the wait if you hang in there because David had some serious words of encouragement and “exhortation” to us.

So .. if you can carve out a little time, hope you’ll watch it throughout – don’t forget to comment and let us know.

By the way – the videos we talk about, and the iTunes interface will be released later today .. so stay tuned.

Note: Couldn’t get GoogleVideo to work, so trying to embed QuickTime movie directly:
(movie may take some time to load … or try to download it)

So .. whatcha think … way too long, good stuff … any response to David’s challenges?

    Fred,
I like that pingback with my name :)
The Godzilla confessional was a bit long bro.
The baby was hilarious. I loved the spliced in pictures of stuff but I’d really like to see some clips of your band as well.

I finally got my confession up. And let me tell ya, it’s a doozy.

and i like david’s commentaries for Worship Leaders, amen… thank you for encouraging me to be transparent, even up here in Mass.
and, fred, enjoyed your sermonette at the end as well! preach it bruh-thah.
    miss you guys….
    miss that room….

Sherman was the man! Absolutely loved Travis’ skit. Even more, I love that David shows so much public support for the children’s ministry. I’m excited about the legacy that is building over at SSCC and glad that you can be a part of it, Fred.

Good one, but my backside is quite numb ;) Y’all make a good team, maybe you should go on a comedy tour or something! Seriously, I really enjoyed FamJam. I’m happy to see a church deeply invested in their children’s lives.

  7. Russ says:

Long one, but definitely informing! I gotta start kicking out a confessional…Since we don’t have a “worship pastor” or even a music director, nobody really is the “point” person for that ministry, so we all kind of lead as a team, it’s been weird, but cool at the same time…anyways, that being said, we plan as a team and so it would be neat to “confess” as a team.
