Hey Everyone -

Well, this was already planned for several months, but it’s even more special since my “big announcement” last week …

We’re headed out on vacation!

Myself, Joy, and all 4 kids … Jon Michael (7), Will (5), Rebekah (3), and Andrew (1), along with Joy’s parents, and Joy’s oldest brother, his wife and their twin girls … we’re gonna do a Disney Workover … 7 days worth of it!

So, honestly – part of me is saying “that’s no relaxing vacation – chasing 6 kids in all those parks, in all those lines, in that heat, for 7 whole days” …. but, I’m excited just because I’ll be with family. I know this will be a magical time for our kids … one that they will always remember (well, at least the older ones).

So, I probably won’t be posting any Worship Confessionals this week .. I’ve turned off the ringers, put “away” voicemails on, gotten house sitters, our friends James and Brooke our holding down the fort here at our house and taking care of my “e-business” orders while we’re gone, and the across the street neighbors are taking care of Jag, the cat.

Lappie is going with us … if/when I find some “relax” time, I’ll catch up on some blogs and maybe post some entries about our trip … and before anyone screams “YOU ARE ON VACATION”, remember … blogging is FUN for me!

So, enjoy your week … ’cause we sure are!

BTW – pray for little Andrew – he’s had fever off and on for about a week – the doctor has seen him twice – a few days ago, and again today … no real symptoms … probably just a bug, but today he said he “may” have a slight sinus infection, so we’ve got an antibiotic for the road.
