The only addition I would make is that from a business perspective it's a great tool for the following: 1. Gives your on-line business a little more credibility. People/potential clients can get to know you on a more intimate level. 2. A blog is a constantly updated website; if you have it linked to your primary site, you can increase your main site's search engine ranking - this is a BIG bonus! I've thought about it before, though I still feel like my answer wouldn't fully encapsulate my reasoning. Let's see...I blog to learn and to teach (more share than teach, really...just to "journey together" with other worship leaders, and to teach those who are new to worship, or even Christianity generally). I blog to network. I blog as a form of journaling and personal accountability (I'm fairly new to blogging, but I hope to look back a few years from now and see where I've come from).
