Lord, Could We have THIS Drummer?

Posted on February 7th, 2008 in Church Life, Music by Fred McKinnon

Hey Ya’ll -

Two posts in the same morning … but couldn’t resist. Thanks to Pastor Bobby Lepinay (Harvest, Pensacola, FL) for sharing this on blog. Turns out, this drummer is the nephew of Pastor Craig Walker (Harvest, Pensacola, FL, and author of the “Daily H20 Blog, which I highly recommend for daily devotional!) who I served with for a couple of years in MS.

You can read more details on Bobby’s blog … but checkout this kid .. he’s a sold out Christian .. and I wish he’d moved to St. Simons to become one of our drummers! (no worries, Rick, you’re still my #1 man!).

Would you like having this guy on YOUR worship team?

Fred

now thats actually one thing I do have. I have a speed metal drummer in my church who is beyond fast and my dad (pastor) was a professional drummer.
you can send me a bass player though. lol

I would like him on the team as well, but I think our pastor is taking over the drums now.
