Could I please get your help? I am looking for the arrangement for Amazing Grace like they had at the 2007 Hillsong conference. Were you able to get it or recreate it? Would you be so kind to help me out if possible. Thank you so much

I’m a worship pastor wanting to do the same thing for my Easter services this year. Would you happen to have an orchestral arrangement of this version of the song? I’ve been looking for it frantically.

Alex,
I actually somewhat agree .. what you are hearing, that does “not” work .. is that the verses are taken up one octave, but it’s impossible to sing the “My Chains Are Gone” part that high, so the Chorus actually DROPS down .. instead of raising up, as most Choruses tend to do …

I offset this by waiting until that moment to bring in the C3 (choir) and beefing up the high tenor parts, with a descant above the melody.

actually, I don’t like this version of ‘My Chains’ – it seems like it’s way too low for Tomlin and his signature voice doesn’t carry the song. I mean I LOVE this whole Hillsong presentation, but the key seems to be wrong or something… I’m glad that it worked for you guys though!
