Fred, as you know your Dad and I went through the “Prepare-Enrich” program several years as a pre-requisite to our being certified to counsel others with this same program! It is the best thing we have ever done! We strongly highlight the word ‘enrich’ because all marriages can be enriched whether from a conflicted state or a successful, thriving state! We invest time and money in ways to sharpen our skills in our vocations, etc. – why not our marriages which are ever so much more important!

I’ve watched our lead pastor and my partner in ministry, schedule himself and his wife for counseling every year. I think it’s a good habit.

My wife and I will be celebrating 2 years this July. I think we’ll probably look into some counseling, because I drive her nuts. Just kidding. Well, kinda. :/
