FreePlay Friday – Wassupppp?

Hey Everybody – it’s FreePlay Friday. We take a break from the various worship leadership discussions and just talk about “whatever we want”. RSS Readers – click over and leave a comment and join the fun.
Here we go:
* I’m in Gainesville, GA today – going back tomorrow. We made a quick trip up to celebrate my in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Wilbanks.
* I’d love to see Georgia upset LSU … I think they could do it if the young offensive line can somehow protect Stafford and give him time to pass, and of course, if they can make room for the running game. It all rests on this young offensive line, IMHO.
* Blog buddy and friend, Joel Klampert … he’s officially made the switch from wordpress hosted cecworship.wordpress.com to his flashy, fancy, slick new site, www.klampert.com. If Joel isn’t on your RSS feed, you should add it … great content on worship, leadership, reviews, and graphics.
* This morning we played a great “brain teaser” game with all the kids. Can you figure it out by asking yes or no questions? “The boy was afraid to go home because the masked man was there”. They were stumped pretty hard until Grandad gave a massive hint.

Greetings! I so enjoyed playing with the Praise Team last Sunday morning. That has truly become one of the greatest highlights of my life! Thank you God for sending Dee Dee and I to SSCC!! I play a wedding reception tomorrow evening with the little group I play with “On the Side” – Then I have to set-up and cook for my mothers 82nd Birthday Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, then cook for everyone at around 12:00 noon. Pray for her (Peggy), she is not well- I will miss getting to see everyone on Sunday. God Bless and “Go Dawgs!!”- RV

I didn’t get the brain teaser. Trying hard not to feel too dumb. I am headed to St. Simons Island this afternnon for our World Outreach Church Ladies annual retreat. One McKinnon family leaves for the weekend and another McKinnon arrives. Oh well. I know we will have a wonderful time and “way to go” to Joy’s Mom and Dad!
Got to head to Atlanta tomorrow for weekend pharmacy c.e. seminar. Hate to miss Sunday. The only bright spot will be the visit to Guitar Center to drool!
