So Fred how does that work? This year we began toying around with making out own videos. I created a 4 week promo video series for a Parenting By the Book series we did. Our own testimonies and 'actors' and such but I used current popular instrumentals as the background score. (DCFC's Possess Your Heart intro, Foo Fighters' Miners of Bakersfield, one of the instrumentals off Viva La Vida.) Being that it was run in house and was not used to collect any money I was thinking I was OK. But also being that it was my 1st, I didn't check or anything either. Did I engage in some violations?
