11 Years of Marriage Today …
Written by Fred McKinnon on August 15, 2009 – 9:51 AM -We shared the most sacred of vows. Today, August 15, 2009, I celebrate 11 years of marriage to the most amazing woman on the planet.
I love you, Joy! Happy Anniversary.
(and since Joy doesn’t do blogs, read blogs, FaceBook, Twitter, or anything like that … [opposites attract, right?] … I’ll be sure and tell her this in person!)

Today’s Live Worship & Prayer
Written by Fred McKinnon on August 14, 2009 – 8:51 AM -
WOW. I still sense God’s powerful presence and anointing from our time of worship and prayer this morning. About 20+ were tuning in throughout the short, 20 minute time of worship and prayer. We read Scripture, I led worship, played keys, sang.
You engaged – you sang with me, you played along with your instruments wherever you happened to be, you typed in prayer requests, praises, affirmations …
We had worshipers from across the United States and even my friend Mark from Cairo, Egypt tuned in just prior to leading his worship service in Egypt.
I hope you’ll join me as I share some of my times of worship and prayer with the world.
Next Session:
This Sunday, August 16 at 9:00 PM EST

Join Me Friday Morning for Worship & Prayer
Written by Fred McKinnon on August 13, 2009 – 4:31 PM -Tomorrow morning (Friday, August 14) at 8:30 AM – EST
Right here – in the “LIVE” section …
Why not start your weekend with me for about 15-20 minutes of worship and prayer. I’ll be having a time of worship and prayer in my studio and I’d like you to join with me. I realize many folks are:
1 – already at work
2 – asleep (west coast)
But for those who can tune in – even for a few minutes, come jump in and swim in the river of God’s greatness with me!

My First Experience Leading Worship … ONLINE!
Written by Fred McKinnon on August 11, 2009 – 9:37 AM -Hey Everybody,
So I decided to do it … I launched out of my comfort zone and led my first “live” worship and prayer session on the internet from my home studio. Many of you were there, worshiping right along and praying with me. Without the security and covering of a band and the incredible arsenal of background vocalists that I’m so blessed to work with – I led out in spontaneous worship, musical interludes, and prayer. I felt like I was naked.
Using the technology offered through LiveStream.Com, I simply sat at the keyboard in front of my MacBook Pro’s “iSight” camera and launched out into the deep. And guess what – it was sweet. God was there, in our midst, as worshipers from all over the world (I know of at least one worshiper in Peru who joined us) sang, praised, prayed, and worshiped.
So, let’s do some LIVE, ONLINE WORSHIP again!
For the early-birds:
This Friday, August 14th, at 8:30 AM, EST.
And again, this Sunday Evening:
This Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 9:00 PM, EST.
Where? Right Here on FredMcKinnon.Com – just click the “LIVE” button in the nav bar.
