About me: Lori has served for the past 13 years on staff at Crossroads Community church on Mansfield, Ohio as the Director of Programming. Her responsibilities include: Planning the content of each service, leading the Worship and Technical staff, overseeing the areas of Art, Drama, Set Design, Announcements, and communion and baptism service details. She is a contributing writer for The Worship Community, DramaShare and a Willow Creek Association site. She leads the Creative Arts Small Group and Performing Arts Small Group and also coordinates worship in the Youth areas of the church. Lori has been married to her husband Ron, who is on staff as the Director of Membership, for 32 years. Ron and Lori have two children in college.

I have a tendency to create more and more…I get bored easily. I really feel like God is showing me I need to look for new opportunities inside the old ones I’m currently in. Make sense?

Pray for me tonight as I host about 50 un-churched people at Crossroads to watch the Extreme Makeover show…some of the Artists from my small group were featured in this episode. So, using it as an excuse to get them into church!! God works in mysterious ways!
