Worship Interludes: In the Waiting [Episode 48, August 29, 2017]

Today’s interlude is called “In The Waiting”.   We all have times when all we can do is wait.   We’ve done everything else we know to do.   Waiting is often the most difficult part of life.   Waiting for dreams to become a reality … waiting for prayers to be answered … waiting for others to come around … waiting for healing …

What do we do in the waiting?   Remain steadfast.  Hold tight to what you believe.   Don’t doubt.

I hope this interlude brings a sense of peace to you as you listen.  Whether you are meditating, praying, or just listening for relaxation or entertainment, my hope is that you will find peace and comfort through these interludes.

Worship Interludes: Waiting [Episode 21, April 12, 2017]

After being gone two of the last three weeks, it’s certainly good to be back in the studio.   This is “Holy Week” where we prepare for the celebration of Christ’s being risen from the dead.

This period of time of waiting had to be tough for the disciples; most of whom completely forgot that He promised He’d return.   Even today, as Christians, we think about His return.   And in my own, personal daily life, I have things that I’m waiting for … with no indication that an answer is forthcoming.   It’s just … waiting.

“Strength will rise when we wait upon the Lord”.
