Nov 1 – wow, can you believe it!?

I finished the first track for the “Be Still” Christmas CD and I’ve uploaded it to the IndieHeaven.Com “Fan Faves” charts. It will be there for 30 days and you can listen as much as you want. More importantly, I hope you’ll “vote” for it once per day. Voting for it causes it to go up the charts. At the end of the month, the staff picks the best, most popular songs on the “Fan Faves” charts and puts them on their main radio chart, which gets a lot of radio airplay and publicity.

Voting is a piece of cake:

1. go to www.indieheaven.com and click on Fan Faves
2. scroll down until you find “Away In A Manger” by Fred McKinnon
3. mouse over the stars (5 of them, I hope!) and click to “Rate It”.
4. you can do this once per computer, per day. You can click and click, but it only records one vote per computer, per day.
5. spread the word, and let’s see if we can get this melody to the #1 Spot in November. Thanks to any of my blog buddies who will encourage their readers to vote, too!
